Can you move everything from my old computer to a new one?
We can transfer most standard user files and help configure the new computer. Some programs cannot simply be copied and may need to be reinstalled or re-licensed.
Can you recover files from a computer that won’t turn on?
Potentially. A failed computer doesn’t automatically mean the storage drive has failed. We can assess the device and determine whether the data can still be accessed.
Can you transfer data from an old hard drive to an SSD?
Yes. Where the existing drive is healthy enough, we can often migrate the system or transfer the required data to a new SSD.
Should I bring both computers in for a transfer?
Usually, yes. Bringing the old and new computers gives us the best opportunity to transfer your data and configure the replacement machine correctly.
